These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and superpj ("superpj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at superpj.net ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your registration, access, use, and participation in any games, promotions, or services offered by superpj.

By completing the registration process on the superpj Platform, by clicking "I Agree" on any registration or terms acknowledgment screen, or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or localized version of these Terms being made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or conflict.

Access to and use of the superpj Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine laws governing online gambling. superpj takes underage gambling prevention seriously and employs age verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated programs, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the superpj Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of superpj, its affiliates, game suppliers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such individual.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through superpj's tools or imposed by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.
• You must not have had a superpj account previously closed due to a breach of these Terms.

superpj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of services offered by superpj, including live casino games, slot titles, and sports betting, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and your ongoing account obligations:

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details where applicable. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active superpj account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. superpj employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and associated balances and winnings will be forfeited.

superpj is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), a recent proof of residential address, and documentation evidencing ownership of any payment method used. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time at superpj's discretion.

All superpj accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PHP. Deposits made via USDT TRC20 will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your superpj account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your superpj account.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify superpj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any compromise of your credentials.
• superpj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

superpj reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder. We may also enforce mandatory password resets or two-factor authentication requirements as a security measure.

superpj accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Current payment options are displayed on the superpj cashier page.

Deposits are credited to your superpj PHP wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. superpj does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of related real-money funds is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• superpj targets processing of approved GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during operating hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• superpj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests it deems unusual or high-risk, which may extend processing times.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any withdrawal will only be processed to an account or payment method held in your own name. superpj reserves the right to reverse or withhold funds associated with third-party payment methods pending investigation.

superpj offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and superpj Coins rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are in good standing on the superpj Platform.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x and are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Certain game types (e.g., live baccarat, table games) may contribute a lower percentage toward wagering requirements than slot games. Contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum per spin or per round while a bonus is active may result in voiding the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the bonus expiry date, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• superpj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided such action does not disadvantage players who have already claimed and partially met the wagering requirements of the affected promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or coordinating bonus claims with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

The following rules apply to all games and betting activity on the superpj Platform:

Each game offered on superpj operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before participating. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the superpj system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Live dealer game bets are confirmed at the close of the betting window as managed by the dealer. Sports bets are confirmed at the time the bet slip is accepted by the superpj sportsbook engine.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, superpj reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. superpj is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake for the affected wager. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

Sports betting results are determined based on the official result published by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. In the case of disputed results, incomplete events, or events affected by extraordinary circumstances (including force majeure), superpj's settlement decision shall be final. Specific sports betting rules for individual markets, including void conditions and settlement procedures for the PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong, are available in the superpj sportsbook rules section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the superpj Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one superpj account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, navigate, or place bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of bugs must be reported to superpj immediately and will be voided if not reported.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial activity designed to conceal the origin of funds through the superpj Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after placing wagers with deposited funds.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure, other players' experience, or superpj's operations.

superpj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. The following responsible gaming measures are available on the superpj Platform and can be accessed from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once active, will not be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all promotional communications.

All content on the superpj Platform — including but not limited to the superpj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of superpj or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from superpj.
• Use the superpj brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could imply affiliation with or endorsement by superpj.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of superpj intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, superpj's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your superpj account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

superpj shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from interruption of Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude superpj's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

superpj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, superpj reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, including pending withdrawals. Where account closure is initiated by superpj for reasons unrelated to player breach (such as regulatory changes or business decisions), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last known payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your superpj account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary account closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and superpj arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavour to address your concern within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent superpj from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Disputes relating to the regulatory compliance of the superpj Platform may be referred to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

superpj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and / or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the superpj Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes. The current effective version of these Terms is always available at superpj.net/terms-conditions.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter players' rights or obligations, or updates required by regulatory change, may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
